Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the Accelerate Her Future Fellowship 2026, you must meet all of the following criteria:
Identity & Location
- Self-identify as an Indigenous woman (First Nations, Inuit, or Métis), Black woman, or racialized woman (including but not limited to Arab, Filipino, Japanese, Korean, Latin American, South Asian, South East Asian, West Asian, or East Asian)
- Reside in Canada
- Be 18 years of age or older
Education & Career
- Currently enrolled as a domestic or international student at a designated post-secondary institution, OR
- Recent graduate (graduated within two years of applying)
- Actively pursuing a career in business or STEM
Program Commitment
- Available to attend the weekend Career Readiness Bootcamp in January
- Able to participate in all ten weekly Thursday sessions (7:00–9:00 pm ET)
- Committed to completing weekly supplementary activities
